4. Intellectual Property
Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain ownership of preliminary concepts, unused designs, and proprietary processes.
Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
5. Payment Terms
- Project deposits are required before work commences
- Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project proposals
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement
- We reserve the right to pause work on projects with outstanding balances
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
6. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope may require a new proposal and adjusted timeline.
7. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and client cooperation. Delays caused by late client feedback, scope changes, or external factors may extend the timeline. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, business strategies, and proprietary data. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humbrix Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets agreed specifications. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as increased sales or market success. Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:
- Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- We will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payments
- Deposits may be non-refundable depending on work completed
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
